For this clinic, a small group of ten will cook along with Keith Lorren to explore a few exciting flavors:
Carribbean Stewed snapper & shrimp prepared in a garlic & ginger coconut cream sauce, garnished with carrots, scallions, tomatoes, cilantro, and drizzled with cannabis flavored hemp & African Red Palm oil.
Haitian Diri Djon Djon, a black mushroom scented jasmine rice accented with carribbean spices & garnished with white beans.
Double fried Crisp plantains garnished with a hemp infused garlic sauce.
Pikliz, a spicy cabbage & carrot slaw.
Chef Keith Lorren
Lorren is a classically trained chef that has traveled the world studying different cultures and cuisines. He has worked behind the scenes at the Food Network Studios in Manhattan, NY, developing recipes for top shows, and has been a guest on several television and radio programs including NBC’s Today Show, Food Network’s Guy’s Grocery Games, and Travel Channel’s Park Secrets.
